Services in this context do not mean services around IsarFlow but definitions in your company.
If your SLAs are more sophisticated than the ordinary location based classification, IsarFlow will help to map these complex definitions to clear and comprehensible analyses.
The service area offers different views on your network (i.e. by IP-views). The combination of different views to services allows the definition of new threshold values.
Here is an example:
A company offers remote access for business partners over dedicated bandwidth on a shared internet line. The IsarFlow service definitions help to split the network load and offer monitoring for each partner separately.
